As a certified Life coach and cancer coach, I help guide and support cancer patients and survivors as well as their caregivers who seek to explore and transform their mindset, relationships, and physical health. 

Whether starting treatment through to going back to work, I work to empower you to improve health outcomes and reduce cancer risk and recurrence.  Working not only with your emotional health, but how that impacts your physical as well. 

I understand what it's like and the many questions and fears you encounter when you've been touched by cancer.  You're not alone in the journey. I'm here to help support you all the way.

What is coaching?

Coaching looks at the "here and now" of your life.  It is goal oriented and solution focused where together we will identify strengths, weaknesses, as well as develop tools and the plans needed to overcome any obstacles that may be holding you back.
